RECIPES

Air Fried Cajun Potato Wedges with Yogurt Bacon Dust

 

Ingredients:

2 tsp salt

1 tsp paprika

½ tsp cayenne pepper

1 tsp oregano dried

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp garlic powder

500 g potatoes

1 tbsp oil

2 pcs. bacon

Yogurt bacon dust dip:

1 & ½ cup yogurt

¼ cup green onions minced

1/8 tsp Paprika

Salt and pepper

Parlsey minced

 

Procedure:

 

Preheat the La Rouge air fryer to 200 C

Steep the potatoes in water for a minimum of 20 minutes. Drain and dry with kitchen paper.

Combine the salt, paprika, cayenne, oregano, onion, garlic.

Toss the potatoes in oil and add the Cajun spice and put them in to the frying basket.

Add the bacon on top.

Slide the frying basket into the La Rouge air fryer set for 10 minutes  

For the dip mix the ingredients. Minced the bacon and dust on top of the dip.

Air Fried Coconut Fish Sticks with Peach Salsa

 

Ingredients:

500 g white fish fillet

1 cup shredded coconut

2/3 cup flour

¼ tsp curry powder

Salt and pepper

Butter

Oil

2 egg

Peach Salsa:

¼ cup Lemon juice

1 tbsp honey

Salt and pepper

1 tbsp salad oil

1 cup peaches diced cut

½ cup tomatoes  diced cut

¼ cup green bell pepper

¼ cup red onion diced

1 tbsp Chinese parsley

1/8 tsp Cayenne powder

¼ cup Lemon juice

1 tbsp honey

Salt and pepper

 

Procedure:

 

Preheat the La Rouge air fryer to 200 C

Divide the flour into two plates. On other plate mix the flour, coconut, curry powder, salt and pepper

Whisk eggs in a bowl

Dredge the fillets in the plain flour, then in the egg mixture and coconut mixture

Drizzle with olive oil and arrange in the frying basket and slide the basket into the airfryer. Set for 10 minutes until golden brown.

Brush with clarified butter.

For the peach salsa whisk the liquid ingredients and toss with the rest of the ingredients

Air Fried Chicken Tofu Skewers

 

Ingredients:

2 cups mussel

2 cups tofu

1 cup soy sauce

1 cup water

4 tbsp honey

1 tbsp vinegar

2 tsp minced garlic

1 tsp grated ginger

Oil

BokChoy

Sesame Oil

 

Procedure:

 

Combine soy sauce, water, honey, vinegar, garlic and ginger

Preheat the La Rouge air fryer to 200 C

Smear the tofu and mussels thoroughly with marinade, and then steep for 20 minutes.

Put the tofu and mussel skewers in the frying basket, slide the basket into the air fryer and set timer for 10-15 minutes.

Garnish with steamed bokchoy and sesame seeds

 

Air Fried Banana Cinnamon

 

Ingredients:

10 pcs. bananas ripe

10 tbsp honey

Cinnamon

Toasted Sesame Seeds

Oil

 

Procedure

 

Preheat the La Rouge air fryer to 200 C

Drizzle the bananas with 1 tbsp of oil

Arrange the bananas into the frying basket, slide the basket into the air fryer and set the timer for 5-8minutes to brown.

Brush each bananas with honey and sprinkle with cinnamon and toasted sesame seed
